My hot water tank sprang a leak & I called Faison who returned my call immediately & was at my home within the hour to replace the tank. Also today I had a clogged commode & Cory came over within a hour & resolved. This company is very professional & they strive to insure the customer is very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Water was backing up into my kitchen sink when I ran the dishwasher or washing machine. I called Faison Plumbing Plus on Monday morning & they got someone to me that same afternoon! Two gentlemen arrived with protective masks on (which I appreciate) & did the work in quick time & cleaned up after themselves! They did a great job! I do wish they accepted credit or debit cards, but that's my only constructive criticism.

Great work. Have used them for both private & commercial. Water Heaters, plumbing, 2 bathroom remodels - 1 complex w/custom work, dishwasher. Used nearly 10 years. Not perfect but works hard to get it right & address customer satisfaction. I've recommended them to others & they were very happy, and I would use or recommend them again, any time.

Hired them to add a washing machine outlet box and to repair a leak. 1400 dollars and 3 weeks later I still had the same water leaking in my floor. I ended up hiring someone else to replace the hot water heater, which is where the leak was coming from. I had this done while I waited another 3 weeks for them to finish repairing the drywall. All the while I was getting calls about a payment for a job they didn't seem in a rush to complete. I gave them 2 stars because the tech was professional. I'd never use them again.
