We called Elite & Eli worked to get the air up & running in no time. I have used Elite for several years at multiple houses. I’ve had them at my house at 8am and 2am & every time in between. Recently had a coil leak that was going to cost me almost 3K. Even with that large repair they didn’t try to talk me into a new system, but I was interested anyway. After getting quotes elsewhere to compare, Elite was still the best overall value. Everyone needs to make money, but there is a way to make money & Elite always chooses the honest route. I wouldn’t let anyone else do my work at this point. Technician was condescending, dismissed all of my concerns and information that I provided other than the info about the breaker tripping, and decided I had a bad capacitor before even looking at the system. Best case scenario this was fixing a symptom of the problem. This is partly my fault since I should have replaced this old unit a long time ago and it was beyond repair. He was friendly enough but really should have at least stuck around long enough to test if he fixed the issue.

I had called to get my air ducts cleaned because of most of the family, dogs included, suffer from allergies and I wasn't sure if the previous owners had ever done this. Tanner was great to work with. He listened and was concerned about what we needed.
He also did NOT try to sell us something we did not need. This was very much appreciated!

During the severe winter storm in TX our home lost power. Once power came back on it appeared that one of our furnaces broke as only one side of our house was able to get warm. We called Elite Air and Heating. Eli came over and at first thought that our new unit needed a new control board. After further investigation, he realized that there in fact wasn't anything wrong with our original (and very old) control board but rather a piece on our original control board was frozen and just needed to be warmed up. Due to his honesty, he saved us hundreds of dollars. We wouldn't have known the difference
