HNR Homes is a family-run construction company with roots in residential and commercial construction in the greater Orlando area for over 50 years. Our history extends multiple generations starting with a row of humble shotgun houses in what is now a historic part of Orlando, evolving through the years to include building some of the grandest estates in Orlando.

Present day operations are managed by brothers Dan and Mike Zukoski, each of whom bring unique talents to the organization and have a combined 45 years experience in the construction industry. We provide a variety services for both remodel as well new construction. We build to your architect's specifications or provide design services to parallel our construction services.

We perform turnkey projects providing land, design, and construction services for those who want to utilize our experience through all phases of a project. We provide value engineering services to maximize your return on investment through the range of project types and free consultation.

I just talked to the owner, Dan, because I had a question about an empty lot they had for sale. Dan took the time to answer all my questions about the lot and about the custom home building process, even though earlier in the conversation I told him the lot price plus construction costs are way above my budget. I thought he was very professional and certainly I will consider HNR Custom Homes when I find the right lot to build on.

This is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have dealt with. I would not recommend doing business with them unless you need undue drama in your life. They do not adhere to timelines and are threatening.
