Have a baby on the way and my pregnant wife was stuck in our house without AC in 90 degrees of summer. Brent came over first thing in the morning, repaired the Ac and left before we even rolled out of bed. Dude is awesome.

My AC had been out for 2.5 days. I had an appointment with 1 company after hours on a Thursday and they completely blew me off. So I was stuck calling around Friday morning to get service. The soonest anyone could get to me was the next day or the upcoming Monday. Durbin was the only company that could get to me that day. They were at my door 30 minutes later!!! Fast, efficient, polite, etc. More importantly, the solved the problem in less than 30 minutes! An added bonus: I wasn’t being pressured to sign up for a service contract. I’ll definitely use Durbin for all future service needs.
