Selling my home. Inspector found a slipped tile and another cracked one. Turns out the slipped tile exposes some plywood that got weathered. Another roofer (will not be named) tried to really rip me off. Wanted to tear down a strip of roofing top to bottom (which included uninstalling water solar heaters and re-installing them - which they did not do). Unreal. Javier came, analyzed and fixed the problems properly. Removed tiles all around, fixed the roof and replaced the tile. Can't even tell there was ever any damage. He inspected the entire roof and repaired all slipped and/or cracked

Javier is the best! After two prior estimates which were ridiculously overly quoted I contacted Redstone Roofing. After speaking with Javier he came over and gave me a fair and honest estimate which was significantly better. Once he ordered the roofing tiles I needed he was on-time, professional, and very thorough. He even took the time after he was done to check out the rest of my roofing. I give him A++ for that but I called back 3 times today to give them my answer and no one answered and the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. The web site should offer alternative contact methods such as email either directly or by a web form. This was very disappointing.

Javier was the only company that would come out almost immediately to give me an estimate. He was very thorough in his explanation of what was wrong and how he would fix it. I scheduled to him to come out and he actually was able to get here earlier than expected and completed the job with no issues. After having my skylight blown out & tiles flying everywhere due to a microburst, I called 3 roofers the following morning & asked for help. Redstone came out within 2 hours, inspected & said he would have an estimate to me in the afternoon. That evening I messaged Redstone & asked if the estimate was coming. My reply was that they would have to order the skylight but could cover the hole temporarily. I asked how much & could they come out the next day? Never got a reply & never heard from them again. I wasted 3 days :(

Just prior to move-in we had a torrential rainstorm and discovered a leak in the dining area ceiling. I had a few roofing contractors come out to provide estimates. Some took days to get back with an estimate with a very high cost with more work that was really required. I called Redstone Roofing and Javier came out the same day for an estimate. After he assessed the issue and showed me photos of what was required to repair the leak, he provided an estimate on the spot that was very reasonable. In addition, he was able start the project within a few days - around the holidays! Javier is the estimator

Javier at Redstone Roofing did a great job repairing the roof. This home was in the process of being sold and some shingles were missing. Not a BIG job, during the monsoon season. So most roofing compaines were very busy and did not have time. Javier responded to my inquiry immediately and communicated with me to schedule a time to assess & complete the repair in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend Redstone Roofing for their professionalism, timliness and willingness to help when we needed a quick fix. Also, the price was reasonable.
