Mr. Joseph M. Fahey founded J. M. Fahey Construction Company in 1971. After establishing a solid foundation by gradually pursuing larger jobs in the early years, the Company entered the cold milling market in 1979. In 1984, J. M. Fahey Construction Company acquired its first asphalt plant in Kansas City, Kansas.
J. M.
