Had an ice dam this winter for the first time and was getting interior dripping through a window header during recent rain and higher temps.
Called FFC partly because of the friendly sounding company name. They were able to get a 2 man crew to my house within 2 hours. Jeremy, the lead, was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. Despite ugly weather, slippery conditions and nightfall, they got the ice dam removed in two hours. Then shoveled fallen snow out of a window well and cleared the front wall. Great service and nice guys.
