The heating system that I recently purchased from Air Tech developed a problem and would not heat. Their office manager Elena, went out of her way to understand my issues and get the right technician to our house. It turned out to be an unusual problem and required ordering parts and a couple of trips to resolve the issue. Their technician, “Ace” spent over two hours in our cold attic until 10:30 pm, fixing the problem. This company excels in professionalism and customer service.

Alfredo Leon sold us on Air Tech and system replacement during a call out about heating system problems. Mike Truck led the Installation team that did outstanding work on our replacement of the A/C system, Heating system and all the ducting system. All of this work was done to a high standard in One day following price agreement. Air Tech was ready for my job with the quality personnel and all the materials needed. All of the crew were very polite and careful about our home and everyone cleaned up after and during the work.

AirTech installed a complete HVAC system in my home. I was told at the time of my purchase that installation would take about four hours and that was the exact time it took. The workers were on time, quick, efficient, friendly, and courteous. I really appreciated the care they took. AirTech also arranged for repair of the waterstained ceiling. The repairman contacted me the same day and arranged for repair on the following day. The repair was excellent and fast and the paints were matched to perfection. I would definitely use AirTech for all of my HVAC needs.

Could not have been a nicer man and very thorough! I really appreciated his advice and professionalism.
