I have had nothing but good experiences with Bar None Plumbing. I originally got referred to them from a family friend because of their timeliness and used them to add a gas line through my house and into my attic. Then I just used them again to hook up a drinking water filter under my kitchen sink. This time Dennis came out for the install, he was really great! He was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a white cast iron sink installed by S.L. -from New Jersey- (employee of Bar None) Nov 2017. I've thought about this a long time before posting. Everything S.L. touched was a problem. He also lied to his employer. He said he hooked up my dishwasher. He didn't. He insisted on placing the dishwasher under the counter top against my wishes putting a 1" scratch in my new wood floor.
1. Installed the faucet backwards
2. Installed 2 P-traps under the sink
3. Set the sink THEN added clear silicone (should have been white)
4. Wiped the silicone with a rag 12" out onto the counter top

John with Bar none is great, very knowledgeable but also able to think outside of the box. They were the only ones I found when we switched from septic to city sewer that were able to see what needed done and also take our suggestions on what we wanted done. Suffice it to say it was not a cookie cutter install!

Had an issue with my hot water heater. We're new to the area and called another plumber who said it would be $1,000 to fix and wasn't sure they could even fix it. Said we might need a new one which could be far more than that. We called Bar None for a second opinion and so glad we did! They came out quickly and noticed the noticed it the fix was minor. They repaired it for $180 and had it working within an hour. Very knowleagble, nice and clearly honest! We'll be using Bar None for all our services.

I called about my garbage disposal not working, and the plumber came out. I went outside to check my mail when I saw him out front and told him to head inside while I got the mail. After getting the mail (elapsed time: 90 seconds) I enter my apartment to hear the garbage disposal running. He had pulled out debris inside the disposal and unjammed it, using his hands, in around 90 seconds. We laughed about it and talked for no more than 2 minutes, at which point he left my unit (elapsed time: under 5 minutes). I then received a bill of $127.50, hence the one star review.
