When you have a water leak inside your home and all the contractors are so busy they can't get to you, it's easy to panic. Yavapai Plumbing was also incredibly busy, but they were so nice, understanding and responsive, I will always be glad to refer them. Our 25 year old central air went out Tuesday evening. I called a few local companies Wednesday morning, and Yavapai was the only company who was able to send out a tech same day. John called when he was about 10 minutes away, and got right to it. After a short initial diagnostic, he came in and let us know that our old system had failed fairly catastrophically and would be expensive to repair, even if he found no further issues.

I had a busted valve in one of my faucets in our bathroom. Yavapai Plumbing went above and beyond to help me. This happened after hours. The on call technician was prompt, professional, and thorough. We are so thankful for Yavapai Plumbing. We have used them for years and will continue. Every single experience that we have had has been top class.
