We can not express enough how wonderful the service is. They were so helpful and out here within 30 minutes. Our technician Tyler W. Went above and beyond helping us. And explaining everything to us as he went. My parents are on disability and they tried everything possible to help u so we did not go without heat. Tyler also work close with his manager to help us and explain things to us. We could not ask for better service and appreciate everything he and they tried to do for us. About 2.5 years ago, Access installed a new heating and a/c system for us in a very professional and competent way. Today we had a malfunction of the thermostat. Garrett came out and installed a replacement under warranty -- also in a timely, professional and efficient way. We have come to trust Access.

I had purchased an annual HVAC winter maintenance visit at Lowe's. I thought that it was a decent price for a semi-annual review. The tech showed up on time and was pleasant, but he listed an excessive number of repairs that were extraordinarily expensive. For example, he wanted me to pay $128.25 to clean the flame sensor with a little steel wool. Minor evap coil cleaning was a relative bargain at $110.50. And the PVC drain pipe, which was a little loose, would be replaced for a miserly $276.79. All 3 feet of it with a couple elbow connectors. On top of that bid of only $992, it was suggested that

The person that visited my home was prompt and professional. They have a modern system and were able to show available improvements on a tablet where it was easy to compare. They also have a maintenance agreement where you pay a monthly cost rather than having larger singular charges at the beginning of the season that I really appreciate.

We had heating maintenance and hot water tank cleaned.Very friendly and professional! The gentleman that came out was very informative on what would help our system work better and clean our air. We have 2 boys a dog and three cats so lots of pet dander. I was referred to Access heating and air in the summer when my air conditioner was freezing. We had are system evaluated. The technician, Jared, was very nice. He thoroughly went through our HVAC. He explained some components that we were not familiar with, such as an old filtration system that is connected but not operable. He informed us that our unit is higher end and in good repair. He explained that regular replacement of the filter will prolong the units life and an annual check would be beneficial. The front office follow up with a phone call to ask if we had any questions. It was a pleasure dealing with Access Heating and Air.

My husband called and requested for someone to come do a basic service and cleaning (we have never had any problems with our HVAC) since we are selling our home and that was part of the agreement with the buyers. Someone came out and did a full inspection of our HVAC and then quoted us over 2600 for a deep cleaning since our system was "extremely dirty." We are selling our home so we weren't interested in any extra services and we were told we basically needed to restore our 21 year old system. This business is horrible. For 3+ years I trusted them with my home, the recent transaction of replacing my AC was a nightmare, I wish I could post pics here, they would not produce a written bid before installation, long story short, the bid and invoice they FINALLY produced after repeated requests, was dated for 9-10 days after installation, where they BILLED ME FOR ONE SYSTEM OF GREATER VALUE AND INSTALLED A INFERIOR SYSTEM THAT IS INADEQUATE TO COOL MY HOME. They said I gave permission by phone, and cannot produce that recording, and under no circumstances did I authorize anyone to pull out

I had an issue with my furnace. Called Access, they sent a technician out the same day! The tech, Jeff, has been out to service my HVAC system in the past. He is extremely professional. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and it gives you comfort knowing your heating & air are in good hands when you call Access!

I didn't even get to have anyone come out and I am leaving a negative review. I called just to see about getting a quote for a gas line and I couldn't even get out my request because the guy that answered was so concerned with the reviews on yelp and why I chose them. When I finally was able to let him know why I called he asked if I was looking for a cheap install because they charge a premium and cost more than most so I may be calling the wrong place... Nope when it comes to a gas line I am looking for quality but to be honest I was very put off by the manner of the guy I spoke to

I just got charged $ 446.00 to change a $5 capacitor. I can't afford to take off another half day and I needed my AC working because I have animals, otherwise I would have called someone else.
The technician was friendly and he showed up on time, but he spent less than an hour on the entire job.
Let's be overboard and say the capacitor ( or as they call it a " voltage storage device" ) costs $ 50.00. That means I paid $394.00 for a service call that took less than an hour.
