Do not use this Trusted Heating & Air. John was scheduled to be on our build job. When it came time to have HVAC installed, spoke it John about meeting to go over things. He asked to touch base the next week. I called and left a message. I sent a text the following week. Builder tried to contact John with no response. We had to find a different HVAC company at a critial point in our building process. Luckily we did. John is very unprofessional and unreliable. Don't count on them!

Our AC went out the day before our 1 year old daughters birthday, a 105 degree day. No one could get to us for at least 3-4 days. Then we contacted John. He was able to come the next day and had our AC back up and running in no time. He is super friendly and knowledgeable and helps you to better understand your system. Highly recommended!

I called knowing that there was a very unlikely chance I would be able to have them come out due to demand being a 100 outside. They fit me in and was extremely professional and explained everything in detail. Unfortunately my ac couldn’t be saved and they were able to replace it next day. I will never go anywhere else.

I wouldn’t trust anyone but John and Derek and the team at Trusted Hearing and Air. I know both of them and they are great people. Truly top notch! I recommend them to everyone. Derrick and John are the best in the business! They always have the customer's needs in mind. They are not out to just make a profit as some of the other HVAC places are. They listen to the customer first and then complete the work that is necessary. The customer is always aware of the type of service that will be completed and the cost of the service. No surprises.
