HMD Construction is a full-service general contracting and development firm that specializes in commercial construction and development opportunities in the greater Raleigh-Durham/Triangle and surrounding areas of North Carolina. HMD was founded in March of 2014 by Raleigh natives and brothers, Kenneth and Bryant Dickinson; the company name is a nod to the nicknames our father gave us in our youth: Hami and Monk Dickinson.
HMD takes pride in becoming experts for each and every project, working closely with all stakeholders involved to make sure the final product delivered exceeds our clients' expectations. It is our perspective that the broad range of experience we bring to the table provides benefits that will consistently exceed the cost of any given project.

Bryant, Kenneth and the entire team @ HMD did an amazing job for us here! Our 40 Years old Family business was in need of a full remodel plus an addition. HMD helped us design the perfect space and completed the project on time and under budget!! We couldn’t be happier. HMD did the unfitting for my new office in 2019. The quality of their work was superb and their service and responsiveness after completion was awesome! Here we are two years later and they still check in occasionally to see how things are going. I highly recommend them
