Came out quick after normal hours and performed the snake out quickly, the only bizarre thing is the operator told us the price and the technician tried to increase it by a lot. When we told the technician the price told to us he still tried to negotiate us up. Bizarre

First the cancelled then they came late. The guy was in a hurry cause they had a "government job and you can't be late to those". What am I? Nobody cause I'm not a government job? He did not find any leak. He pointed to a glob of grass growing and said the leak is down there. I said, "How do you know?" He says, "because I said so". No digging. No checking the water meter at the street. Nothing. He just sees some grass in the planter in the yard and decides the leak is under there. I asked him to dig to show me but he couldn't take the time

The plumber was excellent and did a great job; however, customer service and company representative was horrible

Great company & locally owned 30+years. No job to small or big and always fast, fair price and always happy with work.

We are during a global pandemic but there employees don't seem to think so since they choose to not wear a mask.

I'd recommend KJI for any commercial plumbing work you're looking to have done. We have used them for larger and smaller jobs at our factory and found them to be fantastic. Quick, responsive, skilled, and on the ball.

You're not going to find a better plumbing outfit in the AV, particularly for commercial work. We got proposals from several, but picked KJI and that turned out to be a very good decision.
We've had them do several jobs since the first big job we had them do. We've had them put in new drains/drain lines under a slab and some high pressure gas lines, as well as more basic sort of stuff like extending gas lines etc.
They're knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, and straightforward to deal with. They do good work and stand behind it. We'd recommend KJI for any commercial or residential

've been very happy with their team. They show up when they say they will. They are reasonable in their pricing. I love plumber and everyone at the office.

They are the agent company my landlord uses and while they fixed my leaking shower faucet, they switched the hot and cold ports. A little bit of a nuisance but not what I expected.

Worst place ever we are a business guy came here to snake out our toilet said he had to reset the toilet and take out our clean out to work on it. Turns out clean out was never opened and was charged extra. I have another company here today doing the work that KJI plumbing could not handle. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The work was done on 5-9-18 called them on 5-29-18 and said I had to pay full amount for them to come out again. Never again with this place!!

Made an appointment on a friday for a monday faucet install,was quoted $100 now it's monday before the plumber gets to my house he calls me and tries to scam me for more money saying it would be $180. Nice try KJI go to hell no thank you.

My hot water heater was leaking on a Wednesday evening, so my home warranty company, American Home Shield, put this plumber on the project when I called them to file the claim. I was away from home (on business) at the time, but my housesitter called them on Thursday morning and the first bad thing that happened was that they said they had tried to call the previous night when the job was assigned to them, but got a busy signal. Not likely, since I had gotten through to my housesitter and she had also contacted an independent plumber to drain the tank to minimize water damage in my garage. Then

Had the warranty company call and they said this liar mike told them I had a hole in my wall when he got there which was a complete lie!
This liar made the hole and now he is saying it was there

There's a million plumbing companies out there, go find a better one!

Be careful with this plumbing contractor. I had a house built and they did the plumbing. They incorrectly installed the expansion tank for two water heaters. This caused the relief valves to leak continuously, which caused the water heaters to operate more often wasting gas.

They charged me to replace the two relief valves but the leaking continued. KJI charged another $800.00 to install a regulator (which should have been included). Relief valves still leaking.

Finally, the co-owner, Kirk, correctly evaluated the problem and sent a plumber to correct it by re-installing the expansion tanks

Very unprofessional from start to finish, well actually there was no finish. He came a day late and said he had not done this work in two years and didn't not have the tool with him. His price went $145_$185 depending on parts. Less than ten mins it was up to $450 and he would be back.tomorrow. collected his $85.00 and left. We called a different plumber and it was fixed in twenty mins for $130 complete.

They were at my house with in an hour fixed the leak with in 20 minutes and were very inexpensive

this company does not know what they are doing they over price sell jobs to customers that are not needed just to take your money had bad experience...the only way I found out was because I had avplumbing come to give me an estimate and they got the job done without over pricing and trying to sell unneeded jobs...good thing I listen to my intuition or I would have been out hundreds of dollars.....NEVER WILL CALL THEM AGAIN

I called for a toilet installation. I can install my own toilets, but the angle stop wasn't turning off all the way, and I was suspecting a flood of water, hence the need for a professional. I called a few plumbers and Home Depot. KJI answered immediately and I spoke with a friendly receptionist who booked be for a 12-2PM appointment at 10AM. She quoted me a minimum and maximum price range for the services. She also made sure to give me the 10% discount for being a first time customer. She called back a few moments later with a revision- she had moved around another appointment to get the

Think twice before you hire this company. Leaks in my walls (new construction) toilets set crooked. If you are not ready to micro manage and stand over your plumber, look for someone else. Rude to boot. I wouldn't take the chance. Let my bad experience be your lesson... Just my opinion.
