They gave us an appointment and then came 4 hours late. Then they said they will get the parts. Later we get a call saying they will be back at a later date after an estimate. Don't waste your time here.

The owner of this company even fired his own son, lied about firing my usual plumber, and breaks stuff just enough so that you have to keep calling him back at your own cost over and over again. Save your money and read the rest of the yelp reviews detailing this unethical monster's business model going back at least 5 years.

Set up through my warranty company. Called the day before they were supposed to come out asking for more money instead of going through the warranty. The day they were supposed to show up they no called, no showed me. When I called to confirm what time they'd be coming out they said they call back in a few minutes and never did. I called back multiple times and left messages but their phone went straight to voice-mail the rest of the day. Highly unprofessional.

Called goodwill yesterday, they arrived at two this afternoon, robert Kurtz jumped on the problem like a duck on a June bug and finished it so quickly he would make a fast freight take a side road. Great service thanks to ray the owner and Robert the repairman. Must be related to Charlie and Gloria Kurtz, two fine persons with whom I graduated from avhs in 1962 or Tom Kurtz from whom we bought a nice Buick years ago. Fine families.

Goodwill has come out a number of times to rentals we have way out in North Edwards, CA when not many other plumbers will. Not only will they come out in a fairly timely manner, but they can usually get the job done quickly.
Last week, one of my tenants stopped up their toilet. Rico came out and quickly and easily had it fixed in just a blink of an eye. Even those tenants who complain about most workers didn't complain about Rico. They even said how professional he handled the situation.

We had a plumbing emergency of a burst pipe in our slab. We called first thing in the morning and they arrived within an hour. They quickly assessed the problem and came up with an affordable solution that didn't involve jackhammering up the slab. They got the work all wrapped up in the afternoon and we had hot water again.

This guys crashed into me for not paying attention on the road. Rather he was paying attention to a truck that he was following for two blocks because his tools was falling. (He stated) I have a recorded video but wasn't able to upload. Ray the owner of this business was the driver and he got off was very nice and apologized to me and said "that's what insurance is for too bad it happen to us we are good ppl. Then he turns around to insurance and says it was my fault. Please don't trust this guy! He appears to be nice and turns around and changes story.

Called and 30 minutes he was here and checked out the problem with my garbage disposal. Went and got a replacement and installed it quickly. The whole thing took about 1 hour and a half. Very professional and covid reponseable. Cleaned up before he left. I have been using Goodwill Plumbing for my plumbing need since 2015. Only plumber I will use. These are the guys to call when you need plumbing help.

We contacted several different plumbing companies, and Goodwill Plumbing was the only one willing and able to help us right away. They not only make themselves available, but they get the job done right! Henry has come by twice so far to help us with our many fixes and upgrades at our new place, and we couldn't be happier with his services. I tried calling plumbers in the area. Not one of them returned my call. Then I remembered seeing a Goodwill Plumbing van in the area. So I called them and much to my surprise they were ready to send someone out immediately! Henry arrived got to work and fixed my leaky faucet! I will use them again! Such prompt service. I'm sorry, I do not remember the man's name. When other places didn't even call me back or the quote was outrageous, Goodwill Plumbing came over the same day, located the problem. Told me he didn't have the correct fitting, set a time to come back the next day, was on time and fixed the small leak. Job done. I'm a happy camper!!

We had an outdoor faucet break and we had to turn the water off to the house. We were without water on a Saturday night so a little anxious. I spoke to "Ray" to follow up on an issue that was not apparent after they serviced a water leak. The leak was stopped, but the plumber likely caused another plumbing issue. A broken pvc pipe was left at the scene.

When I called, "Ray" would not take responsibility for this newly discovered issue, but would charge for another service call.

In fact, when I said that would not be an unfair resolution, he hung up on me. Clearly, the bad reviews are inline with their business ethics.

I have used Goodwill Plumbing numerous time for my rental property, at my home and even recommended them to my in-laws to have a hot water heater replaced.

My hot water heater recently sprung a leak causing water damage to my home. Goodwill Plumbing came out and replaced my hot water heater for a cost of $1200.00. The plumber left the old hot water heater in my garage as the construction workers were here at the same time. The construction was completed and the water heater was buried in my garage where I was physically unable to access it.

I highly recommend Goodwill Plumbing. I originally contacted another plumber who goes to my church. He advised he was completely backed up, but he said Goodwill Plumbing was the only other plumber he would trust. Brian Mendoza showed up, he was very knowledgeable, he quickly identified the issue, and fixed it. He demonstrated expertise, and professionalism, and the pricing was fair. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

I called at 10am on a Saturday and Rico was at my house by noon!! Had my water pressure replaced and fixed in a couple hours. I cant believe ive lived with this pressure problems for so many years.
