Scheduled cleaning went well around the House. Mr. Ty is a professional and superb at his job. During the air duct clean up, Ty told me about what to look for in air duct maintenance and gave future tips. Also enjoyable to talk with and have good conversatioms with.

I called Total Carpet because of many very good reviews and customer feedbacks. Without doubt, I made the right choice. He took time and ensure tile in the Kitchen was throughly cleaned and returned after two days for the second time with a small additional fees.

We just had our Carpets cleaned by Total Clean (Tuesday April 20, 2021)! I am here to say and Please Believe Me...this service and what they did for my carpets BLEW my MIND! My carpets Look brand new, as in they were just put down! They are a small family owned business and do INCREDIBLE work! Fair prices, in and out and oh so polite and respectful! I have used other carpet cleaning services in the past (YUP even the popular one) and they can not compair in the result of the carpet's cleanliness! The carpet cleaner tech and the company was very unprofessional and rude. I ask him to let me know when he cleans the carpet under the bed. Because I would move the bed so the entire area would be clean. He was not honest about it. He had packed up his equipment ready to leave. I asked him again did he clean under the bed. He said yes, I checked and it was not clean at all. I then asked him could he please clean that area, I would move the bed. He start getting very loud with me. Chase was very professional and informative on telling me everything that was gonna be done up front for the carpet cleaning process.
