I had water damage to a rental unit I owned and Southern restoraton and construction came highly recommended. Unfortunately, I was not at all pleased with the work they did as well as the time frame the work was completed in the unit. I was even more dismayed when almost a year later I was replacing the counter top in the unit and the workers showed me that the PVC plumbing pipes were not glued and water was leaking out from the pipes. I then had to hire another contractor to come in and glue the Plumbing as well and check the plumbing behind the lazy susan for loose pipes. The repair which I thought
