PSA: Honesty and integrity are doing the right thing when no one is looking and Warren definitely cannot be trusted.
We were taken advantage of after 3 service calls in less than 3 weeks, we reached out to the owner to help us, and were surprised he accused us of calling another technician who exacerbated the problem when he was given the opportunity to make it right. It is much more likely someone working for Warren made a mistake. They have used up all of our extra repair money themselves we can't afford to hire anyone else!
