We had an older mini split unit in an addition that was not working properly. Called and they sent someone out within 48 hrs and got it working (Tech was polite and fast). The bill was as agreed upon. A couple of weeks later the unit had a different problem and the technician and Anna worked with manufacturer to find the proper part (under warranty) and they worked with the manufacturer to troubleshoot the issue. As it turned out, the part was not the issue and we continued to have trouble, but that was due to the manufacturer giving mis-information and the condition of the unit. Anna and the

A few weeks ago my grandmother's AC went out. She called Paducah Heating and Air. A guy came out around 430 and was there for about an hour. While he was here, he proceeded to break her water faucet at the back of her house. He had to shut her water off. He did a few things to her unit to try to get it going. No luck. He said he had to leave to go to another call but promised he would be back later that evening to fix her faucet. He never came back. I had to call them the next morning and tell them she still didn't have water
