Mom's furnace went out on a Saturday.
After a stressful day of her trying to contact the "other" company she'd done business with over 30 years (equipment still under warranty with prepaid service agreement), they never called back.
I called Lee's on Sunday and they were out within the hour. Before 8:30 am Monday, the part was ordered and the moment the part arrived at their door on Wednesday, a technician went to her home and had her furnace running all before 4:30 pm.
I expected a huge bill because of the Sunday call out, but to my great surprise they charged an

Lee's didn't repair my A/C unit even after coming out twice, kept saying something else was wrong. Called another A/C company to repair the unit, they said it wasn't working due to poor craftsmanship on Lee's. When I tried to resolve the bill, Lee's called me a liar.

First visit they came because of my home warranty company. Bypassed a safety and said they would return when the part came in but never did. The last time they wouldn't contact us back when we called to work on the AC system. Over a week of them saying someone would contact us but they never did. Dont bother with them.

I called because we are in need of a complete new system. The lady I spoke with was very nice. I gave her all of my information and she said someone would be in touch. It has been almost a week and I still have not received a call. To be fair, Lee's is not the only place that we have had this problem with.

I have a home warranty that contracted this company to work on my hvac system. The tech was over scheduled and forced to call me and tell me that he had to cancel my job. When asked when I would be rescheduled, he stated that they have a scheduler and she handles all the scheduling. Naturally I asked to have her call me. She never contacted me. I waited until later the next day and called for her and a manager. She finally answered and told me that I was a rude person and that she canceled my job and asked me how I liked that. She could not handle that she is unprofessional by making the tech call

Requested a service appointment for a local company for HVAC Maintenance. The day of the scheduled service I was advised they will not be going. I sent them a work order a few weeks in advance. Its unfortunate they wait until the time they are to be onsite to advise they will not be going. POOR customer service

Let me just say that Lee’s Heating & Air saved my husband’s Father’s Day. We are blessed to have a local business that is available to help 24/7. AC went out this morning, made a phone call, they were booked today but my husband explained what was going on. They thought they knew what was wrong with it and could possibly have the replacement part. They did and my husband switched it out in a few minutes.
