My experience with Charleston Heating and Air has always been great. They are very pleasant and work hard to solve any issues you may have. They set your appt. and call and let you know when they will be arriving and are very punctual. I would highly recommend them.

They do a wonderful job of maintaining our HVAC system, even though it is close to 11 years old. They come in and inspect and clean around the unit and check to make sure all parts of the system are working properly. They come when they say they will, and they are quick and efficient in their work. We feel confident in their expertise in maintaining our system.

We use Charleston Heating & Air for our regular maintenance services and have always found the technicians to be professional and reliable. Our AC recently went out during a hot August day and Charleston Heating & Air was able to send out a technician right away. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and completed the necessary repairs to get the unit running. Because we participate in the maintenance program, we received a discount on the visit and parts. We were super pleased with our experience and will continue to use Charleston Heating & Air for all of our HVAC needs!

I had 2 different companies come out and look at my A/C unit and still had issues. Charleston heating and air were able to fix my A/C problem quickly and efficiently. They sent Devaunte’, who serviced my home and was very knowledgeable and professional. The prices are reasonable and I am considering signing up for their maintenance plan. Thank you for resolving my problem and educating me on my A/C unit.

What a great company! They were such a pleasure to work with. With only a days notice I needed my HVAC system disconnected and moved for a roof repair job. Charleston Heating & Air made it happen! The team noticed that my system was frozen over. They completed the repair, maintenance and reinstalled my system. And it wasn’t an easy job! Christina coordinated the install and maintenance teams so that I was without AC for a short as time possible. I can’t say enough about everyone I dealt with. I highly recommend Charleston Heating & Air!

We were so impressed by their customer service and prompt repair. Even after having to order a part, they still assessed and repaired the problem within two days. They installed my system new. I found some small issues with the initial installation that pointed to poor craftsmanship. Parts and trash left laying. Seals not put in place.
By the second season the system lost nearly all the refrigerant. I had another company come out and found a pin hole in the evaporator coil and a sheet of paper covering a quarter of the coil.
I asked for a quote over the phone and they said they would have to send a tech out to verify for an $89 service fee. They would not provide a potential cost over the phone. I suspect they will want hundreds of dollars to repair a
