Brian is prompt, respectful of our home, and very technically knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He answered all our questions about the installation and operation of our new heat pump. Yesterday (10/5/2021), I had a maintenance check done on my system. The guys who came out were so nice. Gave me an A+. They made suggestions on how to keep things in the best running order. Can't be happier for the great service.
One Call put in my system last year and did a great job, and I've felt like the luckiest person throughout the seasons. Today on July 27, 2021, called about a problem with AC. The lady who took my call was so helpful and so nice. Service Technician Expert, Brian Hall, knew immediately what the problem was, and everything was working perfectly in less than 10 minutes.

We are selling our home and while we have had no issues with our HVAC, something came up on the inspection and the buyer requested us to have it looked at. Brian has been to my place twice now and is phenomenal. He is quick yet detailed with tons of knowledge and you can certainly tell he has the experience. And the companies customer service overall (Amber is who I dealt with) are great. They answer the phone right away and if you ever need an emergency call, they will make it happen. Everyone at One Call is always super responsive from the office personnel to the service techs. Brian came out because of an issue with our thermostat. I have been suffering with poor air flow in my back bedrooms for quite some time and when Brian arrived (on time!), he thoroughly inspected all ducts and vents, and checked inside and out, he finally clarified why I was having such a hard time. He explored many options with me, and was patient enough to show me proof of temperature of my airflow. He was so reassuring that I ended up buying a maintenance program from the company. Literally what a breath of fresh air, And he was so professional. I give them five stars!

Our experience with One Call Heating & Air was wonderful. I have gotten a few quotes from other companies and theirs was the most affordable for our current budget for the same product. This was an unexpected expense. Gene was helpful and not pushy and helped us realize that for our garage apartment, we actually could do with a smaller ductless mini split AC unit. We set up an appointment a few days after receiving the quote. They were prompt, clean, fast and very helpful. The two technicians who came to do the installation were very good and did a wonderful job.
