I hired Eco Friendly Services to clean my dryer vent. The vent was relatively full and vents out to the roof. When I made the appointment I explained on the phone that I have a stacked unit on the second floor that vents to the roof and asked if there was anything I needed to do to prepare for the appointment. I was assured it was no problem at all and they would clean the vent from inside the house. The person who came out was kind of rude and complained about having to move my washer and dryer to get to the vent. My slow drying times didn't improve at all and based on the amount of lint

Cleaned my dryer vent, it was raining so couldn't go on roof and didn't go outside to check flap and screen that were on the roof which I was worried about. Said the hose was improperly installed and needed to be longer. Dryer was in place for 4 yrs and there wasn't that much lint I don't think it was installed improperly. Told me hose was $27-30 at Home depot we are elderly he said he could do it for $70. He went and bought it I never saw receipt he said they only had 8' so he put on 8' for a 2' space. it was snaked around the back of the dryer in a pile

I called this company last week to have my ducts cleaned. Their response to my inquiry was quick. Appointment was easy to set up and they were very flexible in fitting me in. Efy was my technician. He is very knowledgeable. Had my vents including my dryer vent (separate charge) cleaned at a reasonable cost.

Thoroughly , i was Impressed, I never expected to have it so clean, the last company i had her to clean my air ducts 2 years ago only spent 45 minutes in my home, this Guy's Spent about 3 hours working here and it cost me exactly the same
