Carolina Climate Control called me 1st thing in the morning after I requested service by text at midnight. They were here by 9am to repair my heating system. I'm very grateful as it was in the 30's and going to be an awful weekend for weather.

All around fantastic experience with Carolina Climate Control. Travis came to our house same day and provided quotes on a new Trane system for our upstairs system that was dead. Brad and Riggs came to our house the next day and completed the job in less than 5 hours. Everyone was professional and personable, and I’d recommend 100%. Thank you!

Needed to have techs look at our system to see if we needed to add duct work to the air handler. Our system is a down flow system in a modular home. Was told it would be very expensive to do what I wanted and the duct work was not needed. Was told I would have to pay for a service call. Told the techs I was not told about having to pay. After they made a couple of calls to their managers, it was decided , I wouldn’t have to pay the charge. Kudos to the technicians for their help. Will use them again when the need arises.

They were extremely professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and listened to all of my issues. They were extremely flexible for a time that fit my schedule and they were excellent about following up to make sure my problems were in check. Would absolutely recommend these guys.

Super happy with Carolina Climate Control! Our AC was not working and at first had a well known AC repair company come out. He told me that we needed to preform a very costly repair of $3500. We decided to get a second opinion since it was a major cost repair. I called Carolina Climate Control to see what they said and the tech took his time and let me know it was just a very clogged line. I appreciate a company that does not try and take advantage of their customers. I will definitely use them if need be in the future!

AC went out during the hottest time of the year. They came out to our house same day and AC was fixed the very next day. Travis was great to work with and Brad and Robby did a great job. They even cleaned up after themselves, which is impressive compared to other companies in the area.
