Holy City Heating and Air professionally installed a new unit in my home earlier this past Spring.. Fall maintenance was included in the purchase price and Robert Adams was the technician who came to my home to perform the Seasonal maintenance..
He was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and conscientious...it was obvious he takes great pride in his work, which was really so nice to see!! Robert Adams represents this company well and the values it stands for !!
I especially appreciated his attention to detail , making sure that the all aspects of the unit was properly serviced and working well

Our home’s AC broke on one of the hottest days of the summer. Not only could Holy City Heating and Air get to our house within 2 hours, but they were quick, affordable and honest. John Plutschak was super friendly and quickly fixed our issue and had us up and running in a half hour.

Tom and John were both fantastic! They were knowledgeable accurate and friendly. I would definitely recommend him and Holy City Heating & Air to my family and friends. If you get the opportunity to work with them it will be your lucky day. The did a great job listening and getting to the bottom of every obstacle. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I gladly signed up for the yearly upkeep plan and I am definately looking forward to my new hands off approach to my heating and air system. 5 Stars all the way!!!

The Technician, Mr. Adams, was very thorough and knowlegable. Showed pictures and discussed what was going on with both our upstairs and downstairs systems. He pointed out the fire hazards and electrical hazards in the systems because of a bad installation of a new upstairs unit done by another company in 2019. Mr. Adams told me they would do everything possible to get everything redone correctly and safely as soon as possible. Mr. Adams is giving us an estimate today on the work that needs to be done, and the Owner of Holy City will be on touch later today to discuss everything. Mr

Great experience with Holy City Heating & Air! Our AC went out recently one evening and we contacted Holy City. They sent someone out first thing the next morning. The technician was able to get our system up and running again, but unfortunately it had reached the end of its life and it was time for a full replacement. Holy City was able to discuss several options with us, scheduled replacement service in a timely manner, and they were able to offer us 3 year no interest financing. The replacement service took less than 1 day. Technicians were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves
