We had been having issues with our package unit while in heat mode, and Todd with 5 Star came out and gave a timely, intelligent diagnosis of the issue (a bad control board). We had previously had 3 other HVAC techs with different companies check it out and no one could not figure out the problem. 5 Star ordered the part needed for the repair, and installed it without issue. Thank god for a competent HVAC company that follows through!!!! 100% recommend!

We needed a new vent added in the laundry room and also needed a shop added to force more air into the front bedroom. They were very quick to respond and provide a quote and then very professional when they returned to perform the work. I would highly recommend FIVE STAR and will definitely use them again!

Then he takes measurements, concerns and what you expect in, does research and gets back to you with options! My bill has come down approximately 500.00 a month. You get what you pay for!

5Star is the best.
I had a heating problem, the system was running almost constantly and it wasn’t that cold outside. I called 5Star in the morning, Todd was at my door right after lunch. I had a major leak in the outside unit. It needed to be replaced. They made the phone calls, found a comparable unit that they would pick up first thing in the… morning. Removing the defective unit that was on a platform and setting the new one went smooth. They replaced the unit before lunch.
5Star diagnosed my problem and replaced a major piece of equipment in less than 24 hours. Fantastic

I own a CrossFit gym on James Island and Stephen and his crew came out to install a 16ft giant fan on a 25" ceiling. They were very professional and Stephen stayed to supervise his crew while the install took place over several days. The fan was installed properly and looks great! Thanks guys! Will recommend!
