The furnace stopped working on the first snowy day of the season, on a weekend no less. Bartels had someone out within 45 minutes and it was back up and running in a short time. They even replaced my air filter. Fantastic service!

I have had the same company for 15yrs until their service and values changed. My air went out and called Bartell and they were super amazing starting from us calling them. They came out the same day the guy that came was super knowledgeable and professional and actually was able to find what was wrong and get it fixed. Huge pat on the back to Steve. I definitely am sticking with them from now on and definitely recommend them to anyone that needs any heating and cooling work done.

BEWARE part cost quoted $296.13, searched new part # found price $30.71, after hrs service. Do the math % difference will knock you off your feet. Regular service company was out of town, needed heat. I know companies need to pay their employees along with making a profit but this is ridiculous. 😡😡

As is usual, the HVAC Tech (Matt), arrived right in time. Went about the maintenance of the heat pump in the normal polite and professional way. Completed the inspection and cleanup and explained everything that was done. Great job, as always!
