From the moment I called the friendly phone staff were very polite and helpful. CJ came out to give me an estimate and was on time and professional. I had follow up questions and CJ again took the time to speak to me about everything. On installation day they were prompt and professional even making sure I knew the backyard gate was secured every time so I wouldn’t worry about the dogs getting loose. I felt confident in the product and in the job they did and their prices were competitive. Highly recommend.

We needed to upgrade our old house, install central heating and cooling system. We weren't even sure if it was possible. Inloes Heating and Cooling services responded to our needs very quickly. CJ Clemons, the project manager, came in and took some measurements in the house. He gave us an honest assessment of our options. He was able to send us a reasonable quote in a few days. Inloes was excellent. They installed a brand new heat pump and air handler. I shopped around and they were absolutely the best bang for my buck. I received a larger, more efficient unit for hundreds less. The installation was on-time and as promised. The guys were friendly and left my house cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Inloes.

WOW! My AC recently broke down and I called in for service. The ladies in the office were WONDERFUL! They answered all the questions I asked and provided me with helpful information. When the service technician Cody arrived he was very prompt and courteous. He got my AC back up and running and made mention that my AC should be regularly serviced. He was wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend this company to anyone. Small company who takes pride in their work and they have wonderful employees.
