I would not use this company for your carpet cleaning ever. They are extremely unprofessional and do not care about providing excellent customer service. I called and scheduled an appointment on 11/24 for carpet cleaning and deep cleaning and was contacted on Thanksgiving stating that the team would not be able to do not due to the holiday. If that was the case, the appointment should have never been made in the first place. The individual I spoke with had an attitude and was very short in conversation. I would NOT recommend using this company!

Second time again the same they cancelled on me even we confirmed the appointment twenty the night before, again in the morning same problem.
So frustrated, never use this company again.

Fascinating carpet cleaning and simply the best company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is one a million, very helpful and informative. Last week I finally decide to clean my house, but I found out a lot of mystery stains on all of the carpets. I've tried every cleaning trick I knew to remove them, but nothing happens. So I called Marietta Cleaning. The lady on the phone was amazing. I made an appointment for the next day and a very smiley cleaner came on the schedule. She brought her equipment and magical cleaning products, which removed all of the stains for no time! I was amazed

I called these guys for an emergency carpet cleaning, after I spilled a wine on my Ziegler rug (I gave 900$). They came an half an hour later highly equipped with products I have never seen before. The cleaners explained to me why the Ziegler rugs are so expensive and shared interesting facts about them. They were very careful with the cleaning and the result was amazing, there was no spot and the rug looked like new. It was amazing experience for me, I learned new information and received a fantastic carpet cleaning at a very good price. There is no way not to share my experience and not to recommend

So, I called Marietta Cleaning company for my carpets and upholstery. Being a local company, they were able to fit me into their schedule easily. I was pleased with the estimate they gave and I decided to book without viewing in prior. Gosh, they were amazing and much, much better than some nationwide steam cleaners, if you know what I mean.

One of the best services I have ever had. And I have had many, with other companies. I decided to try yours, as I heard from a friend that you were really good and had reasonable prices. I called to check and indeed, very polite and efficient operators. They gave me good price over the phone and I decided to go ahead with the carpet cleaning service. I was very impressed, the carpets are looking great and they smell like lemons which is very nice. The cleaners were late with 10 minutes, but they apologized and finished their job right on time.

A really good service. I accidentally spilled a soft drink on my new carpet and the stain couldn't be removed. When I heard about you and decided to call and get someone asap to clean the mess. Your technician came quickly and had a cleaning machine with him. He inspected the carpet and recognised the stain. He said it was for steam cleaning with warm water. He did that and the stain was gone!! I am more than happy and I will definitely tell everyone about you! You literally saved my carpet.
