Our home was damaged by the freeze in February of 2021. It has been a long process and our entire downstairs has been repaired after we had broken pipes. 911 Exteriors came in and went above and beyond repairing and replacing walls and even some appliances that were damaged. The quality control was top notch! The absolute respect and the importance that was placed on our claim left us feeling like we really were in good hands. 911 Exteriors put on a new roof, window screens, fixed a damaged skylight and some interior painting. All the work was top notch and I was very impressed with how professional their employees were. This company was very easy to work with and I highly recommend 911 exteriors for roof replacement services in Ft. Worth. The general manager was very patient and obviously knowledgeable about how to work with insurance companies during the claims process.

911 exteriors did a fabulous job replacing my roof. The best part was how they took the responsibility of having to deal with the insurance company off of my shoulders. The worry that I had was gone! Ash and his team at his office were very knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with the adjusters, insurance company and the whole process. They kept me up-to-date the entire time. They replaced my entire roof, installed new gutters, window screens and even some interior painting. I can't thank the whole team at 911 exteriors enough. They even found additional damage to the decking and took care of

I can't say enough about this company. This is way more than a roofing company. They completely tore down and rebuilt my chimney. They put on a whole new roof, gutters, windows screens and interior repair. My claim was denied by my insurance company. Once I got involved with 911 Exteriors it was like, the real professionals were taking over. As far as I am concerned 911 Exteriors this is the best roofing company in Dallas.

We love 911 Exterior one of the best companies we have dealt with. Excellent Managment, assistance with the claim for the roof and the freeze. All the workers are professional and know what they are doing. When ever I called Ash he would answer me immediately and put all my worries at ease. With all the work that was happening in our area and and all the house that had damage our house was done is responsive time. We love 911 and we highly recommend them.

I cannot begin to describe the confidence I have in Ash and this roofing and fence company! This is a great group of people to work with for both interior and exterior storm damage repair! They are dependable and honest. I used them years ago for a fence and was very pleased. I immediately remembered 911 Exteriors after a hailstorm this spring. I reached soon after the door knocking started since I knew I probably had some damage. The entire group in the office and the workers who came out were all nice to work with. Following up on my prior experience a few weeks ago, additional work needed to be done and 911 Exteriors went the extra mile, completing even more follow up work for me. Amazing because in this day and age, it's impossible to find an honest, highly skilled company that commits to their customers and puts integrity above mere money. I don't trust contractors, but this company is proving to be the one exception.
