I have hired the company to come and install 2 toilets 1 kitchen fausit and disposal. Never gave me an estimate of what it would cost to begin with. They didnt caulk the toilets and one toilet was moving. I called back to have them come out and fix the issue. No one came out. Two weeks later i called back they were claiming that i never called. This has been going on for 2 months now. They never sent a tech out to fix the issue. The cost is outragesly expenisve over 1K and the job was not even properly completed. Christopher C. came to fix a few minor issues with our toilets this morning. He was on time, wore a mask during the whole visit, and was very efficient with the job. He also was one of the nicest tradesmen I've ever met. Christopher was very personable and made a plumbing job feel like visiting with a friend. I had a plumbing emergency tonight at 10:30pm on a Friday. A pipe burst and the bottom floor of the house was flooding. I am home by myself so I felt additional stress knowing nothing about plumbing. I just purchased a house in Mobile AL!! After the inspection, I had possible leaks in the bathrooms. New to the area, I Yelp projected the leak and EZ was who I selected after seeing their many quality reviews.. THEY DIDN'T DISAPPOINT!! Found out there wasn't even a leak! Easy breezy! Thanks a lot.. I'm really pleased that I found EZ-Flow in my neighborhood! I was dealing with a relatively minor issue, a dripping bath tub faucet that had become a major annoyance, but which I couldn't fix myself for I had neither the tools nor the know-how. EZ-Flow sent a very nice young service technician out to my house which is over 60 years old with fixtures that date back to probably the time the home was constructed. I was amazed that the technician was knowledgeable enough to not only quickly fix the problem, but to also know where to obtain the exact same faucets that were no longer available

We had an excellent experience with this company. They came out to our house quickly to diagnose our plumbing issue, and they maintained good communication throughout the whole process. They explained things very well and were very up front about cost, which was reasonable. Todd in particular was very professional and did great work. We would use them again.

We called for an appointment on Thursday night because they are "open 24 hours" and we were told to call in the morning. We called at 7:45am on Friday morning and explained that we had important plans at noon that we couldn't break so we needed someone ASAP. We were told that someone would be there by 10am. At 10:45 we called again and the office manager told us the technician would be calling us soon. At 11:30 the technician called and said he could be there at 1pm. We told him it wouldn't work out, and he said we had to call the office to reschedule. We called the office manager

We called EZ Flow plumbing first thing in the morning for a clogged sewer line. They showed up the same day, explained what they were going to do, and gave me an estimate that was reasonable. The guys that came out were professional and courteous and they did a great job. When they finished up, the bill was exactly what they said it was going to be. I will not hesitate to make EZ Flow my first call for plumbing problems in the future!

Amazed. Fast, friendly service. We had a full house clog snaked a week ago. That was a Sunday night and the service was cheaper than I expected. I really don't thing they charged for off hours. Nothing came out on the end of the snake, so we knew that roots or whatever the problem was might return ... in which event we were prepared to pay for the camera snake. It did happen again today. He suggested that instead of the pricey camera that we try to just snake it one more time which he did successfully. His charge: ZERO! Sunday afternoon in a cold rain! I was amazed!
