Work performed by Tyler Andrews. Difficult situation with roots and something we never identified plugging drain. He did get everything flowing and expressed concern about what might be causing the problem. Seemed very efficient and knowledgeable. Suggested I might want to consider a camera viewing of the plumbing in the future to determine if I have leaks or some sort of obstruction that caused the difficulty in cleaning the lines. I will ask for Tyler Andrews when I call for Roto Rooter’s services again.

Christmas Day and the drain line is clogged with tree roots! Thomas arrived promptly, was courteous and professional. Had a water line leaking really bad, so I had to cut off the water to my house late Sunday. Terry came out that night and was able to cut off that line under my house so I could turn the water back on to the rest of my house. He was very nice and knowledgeable and got us through the night. He took notes of what happened so when they came out the next day to replace the line the tech was ready to go! Thomas came out to replace the water line, fixed my wobbly toilet and cleared the drain to my secondary shower that we haven't been able to use for years (we tried all types of fixes but sometimes you

So I called to let them know I wanted to maintain my house drains and set the appointment when I could be available. Unfortunately they couldn’t/wouldn’t give me a time relative to when they could be here so I cleared my day. When the tech arrived he didn’t have necessary equipment so he had to wait an additional 45 minutes for another truck to arrive. While the equipment appeared to be in excellent shape there was time getting things in order. I think the techs knew what they were doing but used to working independently.
