Rich and Linda Cotner graduated from Boise State University (Go Bronco's) with Bachelors Degree's in Construction Management/Business Management and Communications respectively. The Cotner's love to travel with their daughter Riki and also love the great outdoors. The Cotner's spend as much time as possible fishing, hiking, camping, dirt bike riding and almost any other outdoor activity you can think of.
PEMB Construction, Inc. provides in-house design services primarily utilizing VP Buildings revolutionary design software VP Command. This software allows us to interact with your Architects or Engineer directly and efficiently. By utilizing our design software and abilities to their fullest potential, you can eliminate weeks off your construction schedule.
PEMB designed, supplied and installed the structure to enclose the turbines and generators for this Hydroelectric facility in Twin Falls. The finish floor elevation of this structure was some 30' above the turbines and required the erection crews to erect the building suspended in the air without the use of a floor slab.
