We created a "buyer's package" that is an important tool to help guide you through the process of building your home. You will get this package as a help to start the homebuying experience. I would STAY AWAY from this builder! We presented an offer with our pre-approval. They immediately said that there was a pending offer. We raised our offer for this home in order to secure it. We waited for 5 days and no response at all from this builder. He's NOT getting our $$$!! Extremely POOR business to deal with. Stay FAR AWAY!!

As with any build job, custom or not, there will be issues along the way, as we inevitably did. When those issues came up, all that was needed was an email or phone call and the issue was resolved quickly. We, as many new homeowners will do, had many changes along the way. Each change was addressed and changed to our liking within a very satisfactory amount of time. We moved into our home in the thick of COVID without any issues. We are blessed to have had Stacy build our home!

This is our second home that me and my husband are building with Wayne. I can’t say enough positive things about his entire team, starting with Wayne who takes your ideas and puts them on paper for you to see, to Tifni who always greets you with a smile and is easily available to help you with anything that you need, to Sharon who makes designing your new home as easy as it Can be and makes it fun instead of stressful, And lastly to all the people that work on the house who turn an empty lot to your dream home faster than you can imagine, building with Stacy construction has been a pleasure so

This is the third home we have built but the first with Wayne (Stacy Construction). We can say, without a doubt, a fantastic experience! We have NO regrets. Wayne is great at his craft, fun to work with, and builds a great home! Amazing bang-for-the-buck, as everything is high-end without all the high-end prices. What would be an upgrade with most builders is part of his standard. Very high quality. We have been in the house for 8 months now, with no issue. BEWARE! Make sure you do your homework before you have Stacy Construction build your house. He is a really good salesman and will make you believe you will get your dream home....That is if you can get him to take the time to return your calls and actually meet with you. And then, plan on at least 6 months more than what he tells you for completion. He will talk you into carrying the loan so he can take his draws and has his money and then walks away and completely ignore you when things are not completed or there are problems. I strongly suggest if you do build with him, do not get talked into

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Stacy Construction and Wayne Stacy. My husband and I met Wayne a number of years ago during a Parade of Homes. He was at one of his houses and took time out of his schedule to sit down with us and discuss what we wanted in a new home and we weren't even officially his clients! He showed us what his "standards" were in his homes and they were beyond what many other builders provided. We would NOT recommend anyone build with Stacy Construction. Our experience was aggravating, disappointing and the worst we could have imagined for building our new home.
Ask for referrals. Have your agent contact prior buyers’ agents. You will quickly find we are not the only ones with this story.
In short, BEWARE! He is a very good salesman. He makes it all sound very, very good. Your dream home. Dream lot. Anything you want. Within your budget. And then…

My wife and I love our new construction Stacy home! The floor plan and quality of construction met our high expectations. Wayne Stacy personally worked with us to design our new home.
