My cousin recommended Steve to us when we got our window treatments in the mail. He was great - got the blinds hung perfectly for us in the rooms, was prompt, friendly, did a great job and was affordable. I think we found our go-to handyman! I was very impressed by his promptness and service. He was the ONLY handyman I called out of 7 that was able to work on Friday evening at 6 pm.

Steve was introduced to us through blah blah, and we picked Stirling Construction. We wanted a quote to repaint all of the closets and replace broken of damaged closet door tract. We agreed on a price not including paint and other necessary materials. Steve agreed to provide a written contract for the work to be performed, Which e never did, claimed that his printer was down etc, on the 4th day we looked in on him and I could see not progress. Steve asked for a progress payment to be able to proceed any further. Steve, as agreed had not even provided my wife and I with a contract, I brought this

I highly recommend Sterling Construction!!! Steve the owner was prompt on his arrival. We talked and the next day we scheduled him to come to the house for a bid on the bathroom. Steve was very friendly and educational on what he was going to do vs what other contractors do, cutting cost and efficacy. I asked about prices. Steve wasnt extremely low on price, trying to get the job not was he ridiculously expensive. We scheduled a couple days out and he arrived at his scheduled time.
