Just saw an Altecca truck almost run over two ladies crossing a road in a crosswalk with the walk sign. The Altecca driver after seeing the two ladies didn't stop causing the two to jump back out of the way. I haven't had any work done by this company but I wouldn't trust one with with such a lack of respect for pedestrians and driving law.

I called Altecca to schedule a appointment for a price quote after finding them on thumbtack. The gentleman I talked to was very nice and seemed happy to come help the next day. They never showed up for the appointment, I called to see where they were 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment and left a voicemail because no one answered. They never called back. I found this very frustrating and unprofessional and would not recommend them.

Troy and his crew did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. Everything they did was to make us happy with the end product. When they weren't sure about something or when obstacles popped up, they discussed it with us to make sure we were aware and would be happy with the end result both from a look perspective and a cost perspective. There is absolutely nothing I could say negative about this experience.
