Did not use this service but showed up to a property to do a cleaning and simply ask the owner a simple question and he was very rude I then called the company to make a complaint on the person and then come to find out it was the owner it is not professional to be disrespectful to people when you work in this industry you should have a positive attitude that's what brings business to your company

I had to call 3 times to get ahold of my plumber to find out what his game plan was for my repair. Once I finally got ahold of him he told me he was waiting on a response from my home warranty company before he could call me back. He then told me it was not a repair he could fix and I had to have a TILE person come and fix the issue. Later in the conversation, he let it slip that he never talked to my home warranty company and actually got that information from his supervisor. I was also told by the receptionist tthat my plumber called and left me three messages but then he outted himself on that
