Shortly after pierce built my home in North Granby
The foundation cracked there were two verticle cracks running from the floor to the top of the foundation opposit sides. Pierce refused to fix the cracks which were then allowing water to flood my basement. Finally pierce sent someone when I wasn’t home who tried to patch the two cracks using a liquid black tar material which is used to fill asplault paving. When I come home from work and realized the mess this idiot left on my basement walls I knew I was dealing with a contractor who knew nothing about home building the work was very unprofessional
