I'm a first-time homeowner and we had an issue with our bathroom pipe drainage. I was nervous to find a plumber online, being new the neighborhood, but I saw the great reviews for Derrick. Derrick came out same-day for our emergent issue. He was here when he said he would be, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the problem in the same afternoon. He left our home clean and leak-free. His prices were comparable to others I called around to and his availability was faster.

We moved into a new house and our shower wasn't draining. Derrick came out hours after I called him, fished out a small cat figurine and a bottle cap, and replaced the trap. The price was great, the work was great, and I enjoy not also taking a bath while I shower.

Derrick at Kent County Plumbing was awesome! My wife and I just bought a new home and needed a few things taken care of including moving a pump and RO system to the basement. Derrick was able to help us with everything and even came back several times to make sure things were working properly. Prices were very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Derrick and Kent County Plumbing to anyone.
