My pressure relief valve failed cutting off the water from the main to my house. When I called Tim with the problem, he said he would work me in that same day. I was impressed with his communication skills throughout the process. He changed out the valve and took precautions when reinstating water flow to make certain that none of my faucets were fouled by the liberated crud in the line. He was thorough, personable, efficient and the cost was quite reasonable. I will definitely reenlist his services in the near future.

The team arrived at the specified time, not only were they professional and courteous, but truly kind and understanding. As a disabled Vet on a limited income, their estimate was a blessing! Tim and Joe are outstanding! These are good people who will work on your behalf and do it fairly and with resolve.
I had an issue with my main (feed) line that could've cost me many thousands of dollars. It was a Friday afternoon and Tim could've easily just gave up on it and gave me a referral to a company who could do the work. Meaning, I would have no water and be facing a five-figure repair. But he didn't give up and they put in some creative and serious work!
Tim was realistic but calming in his communication and inspired confidence that helped my nerves while he worked. Even with setbacks

My father just had a heart attack and is in the hospital. Big Red Wrench shows up to replace the kitchen faucet. Great work no problems with the faucet. I call and asked for the bill and was told there would be no bill on this one. He just wanted to bless our family in this time. I can’t thank him enough for the extremely kind act. Workmanship and quality go hand in hand with his character.

Highly recommend Tim at Big Red Wrench. Reasonably priced, great communication, and replaced my hot water heater timely and efficiently. He also cleaned up well and was friendly and professional. I used another plumber before Tim that I will never use again but I will definitely call Tim again if needed.
