I had a clogged drain in a bath for a week, finally decided to call Rooter Solutions just after noon on a Tuesday, they had an appointment between 1-3 that same day, showed up at 1:30p, drain unclogged by 2 and on their way. I can't say enough how professional, easy and efficient they were. 100% would recommend.

Super kind and helpful staff. Unclogged our pipes quickly and cheaply with their deal. Honored their warranty when a bigger pipe down the line clogged after the initial push. They are our plumbers now, highly recommend.

Jesse came to clear my drain on a clogged sink. He worked really hard to get through the line, I could hear that something was blocking it. He was finally able to break through, but wanted to check with a camera. He called me out and showed me the build up in the pipe. He recommended the pipes get hydro cleaned and there was still a big blockage. It was like rock that was really stuck in there. They had to run and get another machine and told me if they could not clear it out, they would not charge me the additional money that it was going to cost. They were successful and I was quite pleased with

Frida was my 1st point of contact and she was better than good. Scheduling and communication was outstanding. I'm a bit demanding and made an outrageous request to have a tech come asap with all covid safety in place.
Rooter Solutions (Roberto) at my door with half hour. These folks are the best!!!
Cleared and camera checked main and can't beat the price. I will be a loyal customer from now on. Couldn't be happier with the service

Our experience with Rooter Solutions San Diego was excellent. Their plumber, Pedro, conducted himself like a true professional. He asked detailed questions regarding our sewer blockage in order to assess the best approach to take. After removing the blockage, Pedro offered advice as to further steps we might want to consider in maintaining our system. I would certainly recommend Rooter Solutions San Diego and Pedro to anyone needing plumbing services!
