BMarko Structures is a modular construction company based in Atlanta, GA specializing in custom shipping container conversions, steel, and wood modular construction, while being 100% On-Time. The steel modular construction process is designed for tall multi-family buildings and relocatable industrial buildings.
Our journey started in 2014; our mission is to change how construction is done. We want to produce buildings in a controlled production environment where design is integrated with manufacturing, which in turn is integrated with assembly and onsite work. By completing up to 90% of the buildings in our factory, we take workers out of the jobsite and into our controlled environment.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I contacted them May 10th, 2021 about building a custom container kitchen for a Taproom/Restaurant project. I spoke first with Rahima in sales. I asked if they had existing designs that I could choose from....she stated that everything they did was custom and I would need to develop my own design. After Design approval it would take approx 12 weeks to complete the build. I worked on a floor plan, appliance list and exterior design concept. B-Marko has recently built 3 rooms for us at our new state of the art lumber mills, and we are extremely happy with them. We were able to customize them to fit our exact needs in ways that I have not been able to with other companies. One of the rooms was built to be watertight and serve as its own secondary containment as a lubrication storage room. I presented this challenge to B-Marko, and they took the lead in finding the best way to achieve this. B-Marko is a top notch company, and I would recommend them to anyone interested in a high quality container style room.
