What an amazing company. Extremely professional and fast service. After waiting for over a month on another company to repair my air conditioner, I gave up and contacted Albritton. They had my unit fixed more quickly than it took this other company to make their initial visit. Kathy, Carlton, and Justin were all great! You will not go wrong by choosing this company for service.

A/C went out and the tech responded quickly. He showed me everything he was doing and was patient to explain how it worked. The tech was as good as they get and was personable and professional. From start to finish our experience with this company was fantastic. We were in sorry shape with a defunct air conditioner on a very hot day. The representative on the phone was awesome. She got us set up for service the same day we called. They came out quickly. Carlton was a gentleman and had the problem diagnosed and fixed inside of a half hour with a smile. I highly recommend this company. So grateful for the fast service. We melt no more! :)

Honest, upfront, punctual, knowledgeable and high quality workmanship. My A/C went down in the middle of July on a Saturday evening. I called Sunday morning and had someone here before noon and had cold air flowing in no time. I highly recommend this company. If you have been gone through other companies giving you subpar service and workmanship, save yourself the hassle and just call them.

The experience we had with Albritton was phenomenal. We called on a Tuesday morning after having discovered overnight that the AC had stop working. They arrived a few hours later and had us up and running in no time. The bill was extremely fair for the awesome service they provided. Thank you to Carlton (who did the work) and to the very caring person who answered the call and got us scheduled in last minute. First class service all the way.
