Dixon's Service Company installed the entire heating and air conditioning system in my home when it was built in 2013. My home has three levels with three separate HVAC systems for each level and is located on the Cape Fear River.
Ray Dixon, owner of the company, has stood behind his work. He offers a very good yearly maintenance contract and keeps my HVAC systems in good working order.
Ray is an old school type business man and will stand behind his work on a hand shake. He also instills this kind of professionalism in his employees.

Dixon’s installed my heat pump over 10 years ago. I continue to have it serviced 2 times a year and so far i have had very little issues. One time drain line got clogged and they were there within hours of me calling. They also responded once on a Sunday. I am hoping to get quite a few more years out of this system but when the time comes I trust Dixon’s Service Company to replace my system and service it with utmost care and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

Ben was very quick to respond to an emergency outage. He was able to get us up and running. We were in need of a new system, so Chris gave us a very reasonable quote. Jonathan and Dan got the new HVAC unit installed in a timely manner. These guys were very professional and had to work extended hours on a very hot day.
We are very satisfied with the customer service!! Dixon has top notch service and technicians! We will definitely refer them to our family and friends!!

The guys that came out were so professional and did an amazing job! It was one of the hottest days of the year but they never stopped working. Didn’t leave until the job was completed and everything running smooth! Highly recommend Dixon to perform any A/C service. Well done gentlemen!
