Curly was courteous and professional. He arrived within the two hour timeframe scheduled. He was respectful of my household and placed booties over his boots before entering my home. He clearly explained what to expect, he inspected the problem and quickly fixed my faucet. I would use Jim and Sons again.

Always great. Everyone who this company has sent out has been fabulous and the rate is extremely reasonable. They stand by their work and in the rare instance there is a problem they return immediately to remedy it. I've had them do our inspection when we bought our home, as well as install an Express water filter system, RO system, and new hot water heater. This company is my first call in the I.E.
