This provider was one of the very first to respond and give me a reasonable service charge estimation that I never was asked to pay, having authorized the estimate. We have a house that was built in 1927 so it has been difficult to heat and air condition correctly. I needed a problem solver and Eli was the man! I am so impressed with the job that was done to upgrade our heat and air conditioning units. The bid was fair and the quality of work excellent. These guys were honest with me and did a good job. I have 3 gravity heaters and of course when I call someone I don't know, the last thing I want to hear is that the huge gravity heater (over 50 years old) will have to be replaced - and I know it has a new gas valve and the pilot light was on. But they diagnosed that the thermostat was defective and the charge was $275. I'd call them again.

Nice and Cool immediately responded to my request and came out within 2 days to repair a leak in my mini-split system. I had called other companies who said they only worked on central AC/ Heat, so I was relieved Nice and Cool was up for the job. It took about an hour to troubleshoot and fix the leak. The serviceman wore a mask and had covers for his shoes. Quick, efficient and professional, it's priceless these days. I highly recommend.

The other day my AC all of a sudden was only blowing sort of cool air. I thought, oh crap, I'm in trouble, its a heat wave & I'll never get anyone out. Called Nice & Cool, they came next day (this was 8/19/20) and I was on a very important conf call for work. The fellow arrived right in the window promised no issues. So I ran outside, pointed to the AC (it's on the roof), told him the issue & could you please check it and text me.
He was awesome, I never saw him again! He added refrigerant, told me I should be good to go, I texted back, told him it was cold again! He

Raymundo arrived on time and with a mask on. He was polite, courteous, and quickly assessed the situation as being a filter problem with the air conditioning unit. He showed me the faulty filter which was filthy. Our air conditioning is now working and I could not be happier with the service, the results and the cost. The company is great and I highly recommend Raymundo too.

Nice and Cool came to assess our problem to help us with these issues:
1 bedroom was too cold and the adjoining room next to it, too hot.
2. Our living room faces the sun and gets too hot in the afternoon and needed more cooled air.
Their technicians were prompt, curious, and had shoe covering.
They used COVID-19 masks for the duration of the work.
They spent time adjusting the valves until we were satisfied the two bedrooms were comfortable. They performed the same task for the living room. They left no mess behind and worked efficiently to complete the job. A+++ as far as I'm concerned

Worst experience ever.
Technicians arrived at end of 2 hour window, blew circuit breaker for whole unit, denied doing that, then they said they couldn't service HVAC because there was no power.
They also made up a fake model number for the HVAC unit and said they would not be able to find a new motor because HVAC was too old.
Then they left, leaving me with no power!
I had to call their boss who made them come back to reboot building circuit breaker. Now that I had power they said they had no time to look at HVAC!
I found someone else who fixed problem and reassured me he can easily

Given a tough job working on a very old system, Nice and Cool came through big for me. When the job grew larger than expected, Nice and Cool kept at it and got my system back in order. They were always very responsive to my questions and kept the final charges in line with the original estimate despite the extra work that was needed!

We just moved to a new office and the summer's heat stayed trapped in the space and made things very humid and sticky. We added blinds in hope they would reduce the temperature in the room which is a large space. The blinds made things somewhat cooler, but not enough. It was still very humid. We couldn't bear it any longer. We called around and got a few quotes. We decided to go with Nice and Cool because they seemed very professional and the quote was very fair.

We had a wonderful experience with Nice and Cool. They actually did a new furnace and duct work for our previous home and we were thrilled with the result. So, when we moved back to our current home in Beverly Hills earlier this year, we knew that the ducting could only be done by Nice and Cool. Zack came out a couple of weeks ago to measure the area and give us an estimate which we felt was comprehensive and very fair. Yesterday, Nice and Cool came and all three of them spent the entire day installing the new duct work and repositioning the furnace. It looks beautiful and works more efficiently

By far some of the most professional and courteous service I have experienced in quite some time. I am a stay at home wife and whenever I am in need of a service professional coming to my home I am very skeptical however dealing with Nice and Cool Inc was quite the opposite.
