I do quite a bit of property management and tenant turnover. I started using Dennis for carpet cleaning about a year ago and every experience has been 5 star. He will meet you at the property and give you an estimate prior to starting the job. Also, he will let you know ahead of time if he sees any problem areas. He is prompt, always answers his phone, returns calls as promised. Did a good job however, I mentioned a problem area which had a deep rust stain (probably from metal feet resting on a damp carpet after the last tenant moved in). Dennis mentioned that he had a special cleaner for rust which worked fairly well but not guaranteed to completely remove the stain. I returned that afternoon to find the rust stain had not been worked on at all. Looked pretty bad so I tried plain water using a towel and to my surprise, 90% of the stain was removed (only a slight discoloration). Dennis probably forgot to deal with it.

Great service, nice guy. Has come to clean our carpets a couple of times and is very good and friendly. I will only go with Dennis to have my carpets cleaned from this point forward. Dennis did a great job on my tile cleaning but what I really appreciated was the quick responses from him and scheduling. There's a real value in picking up your phone, being responsive, scheduling quickly and coming in and out without hassle. Within two days of my initial phone call, Dennis had the job done. Pre-service review: I've called about 5 other carpet cleaning services and all of them were answered by machines or voice recordings, one company, Master Cleaners, did answer but was very rude, interruptive, and tried to charge 89 cents per sq foot. Finally I found this company that actually answered! The owner was very quick to return calls, get proper information, and a quick quote over the phone(39 cents per sq foot). Dennis provides fast, amazing service. My mother had a serious fall in her apartment, went into the hospital and I needed someone to clean her carpets before she returned home. I called Pristine Clean Monday morning, explained that my mother was coming home that day and we needed clean carpets for her. Dennis was so cooperative and agreed to meet me at 12:30 to do the job. I had Dennis come out and clean our 2 carpeted rooms before we moved out. They were very small rooms so I appreciated how affordable it was. Dennis was very professional, on-time (actually a bit early which worked out better) and it didn't take too long. One major thing I want to point out is that he answered the call after 5:30pm and was able to schedule me for the next day...every other carpet cleaning company I called went to voicemail. Dennis did an excellent job bringing our furniture back to life after it went through two moves. He is very educated and thorough. I also felt he was very trustworthy. We are new to the area and he took extra time to offer ideas and suggestions to help get us better acquainted with the area.
