I highly recommend this company. They are thorough, compassionate about their work and friendly. You can tell it is a family owned business. Cody has been our service technician for both service calls. He is outstanding. The nicest guy. The last service appointment he took care of our refrigerator from our patio that didn't work anymore and removed the freon and disposed of it. Great company!!!

I don’t know where to begin...Toops is AWESOME! They’re so easy to work with, gave me a great price, and were able to promptly install my new air conditioner. My furnace motor went out from power surge from recent Dublin power outage. Mike Toops responded quickly on weekend and came out on a Sunday morning. He was kind, efficient, most reasonable, and careful of surroundings. By Monday noon I had a new motor installed. Often we don’t know what we are getting when we have an emergency and have to call someone, anyone. Am so glad I got it right the first time. Toops is 5 star all the way!
