Most manufacturers recommend that even a new unit be checked twice a year. When we check your unit we will verify all factors that may effect the units energy efficiency including freon levels, motor conditions, thermostat calibration and coil cleanliness ensuring the safe operation of your unit. Constant vibration and age can cause leaks to develop in the refrigerant lines of your unit.

We used this company based upon a friend's recommendation. Alex came out, we discussed replacing my two 20 year old units, and adding an extra duct to each of two bedrooms that had always been warm. He gave me pricing on four different efficiency series to choose from. The equipment I chose was in stock, and they scheduled the install the next week. Josh was very friendly and explained everything to me as to what he found during the review of our HVAC system. Our service was on a new build where our first year is almost up and we wanted somebody else besides the builder to review our unit. I now have information to take back to the builder for them to answer the questions I have.

This company is amazing. I was trying to go through home warranty company and they were not going to be able to send anyone out for a week. That is not even an option living in Arizona! Call Anthony James and they were at my home less than 2 hours after my call. Very thorough and informative. A total super well done experience. Alex was the "BEST". He choreographed the whole experience so well. He even kept the house cool until the a/c was installed; which only took a few hours in the morning. I would definitely recommend A/James for the place to call for A/C problems. This company was recommended by a neighbor and we are so pleased with Anthony James workmanship and value. The entire install team are all family. Anthony James, the owner was also at the install. They were early and all of them were very personable and professional! They were done with the roof install in under 3 hours! Anthony spent time explaining the warranty and way we would communicate with his company. I highly recommend you at the very least give them the opportunity to bid on your work! They truly did an amazing job at a great price!
