Jonny c. and his helper , Shipman Cleaning Co. absolutely excellent job of cleaning our carpets. The carpet in one of the bedrooms was very soiled and now it looks brand new! He was here when he said that he would arrive, took a quick tour of our home , and got right to work. I guarantee if we we had any issues, he would have come out and made "the job right". Good service and a quality job at a reasonable rate; you can't ask for more than that. Then after paying them standing out front of my house ,I look over and the helper Jason was taking my trash can up from the curb to behind

The crew was great and professional. I think this company would be great for a house that just needs a light cleaning. My house had some pretty serious staining that I was told couldn't be removed. After the shipman crew left I used the product they left with me and actually got out many of the stains that I was told could not be removed. I'm unsure if this is because they were not pre-treated at all, the price I paid didn't warrant the extra effort to try to get them out, or the capability just wasn't there to handle this type of job.

Shipman came out to clean a few of my area rugs. After the initial cleaning a dog odor did not go away. I reached four to Shipman and without hesitation they set up a date to come back and check out the rugs. They now have done a second cleaning to help get rid of the odor. They were very professional, no hesitation in wanting to help and did it all with such a positive attitude. I would highly recommend Shipman Cleaning to those in the east valley. Great prices and so friendly with awesome knowledge.

I used Shipmans for the first time last week. I've used several other carpet cleaners in the past and I can say this company is by far the best. My white carpet is super clean and soft. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING about hiring Shipman Cleaning Company was High Quality!
From the response to the inquire I made through the yelp App (surperb customer service, and excellent energy) to them calling before arrival time saying they were on their way, and showing up right on time! They Also were in and out (done in about an 1.5 hours).
The owner communicated and checked on his assistant while they were working (I was listening) with the same patience, calmness and tone of voice that he used with me (the customer)
Yelp offers Stars, but I personally give diamonds when the experience
